Cost of Services & Insurance

50-55 minute sessions are $175.

Please contact me for information about sliding scale options. I am passionate about making therapy affordable and accessible for everyone.

I am working on being credentialed with several insurance companies, but am currently an out of network provider. This means you pay my fee up front.

If your plan covers out-of-network mental health services; here are some questions to ask your insurance company. I can submit claims to your insurance company so that you can take advantage of any potential reimbursement

Working out of network also allows several benefits including not having to submit a diagnosis which protects your privacy, as well as prevents against disruptions to sessions due to changes in insurance or limits placed by insurance companies around how many sessions are covered.

The No Surprise Act

Under the law, clients who do not use insurance will be given an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You will receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
